Thanks for the screenshot — you’re right, the “Supports” options (like Featured Image / Thumbnail) are not showing in your JetEngine post type editor.
That usually means your post type was not created using JetEngine, even though it’s showing there now — it may have been created by:

Another plugin (maybe Crocoblock or something custom)

Or migrated from elsewhere
